Robin and Norma with Robin Koval, President of The Kaplan Thaler Group and co-author of the national bestseller, The Power of Nice.
Robin joined Exhibit Expert Susan Ratliff and Top Dog Eileen Proctor on their radio show KFNN 1510 Small Business POWER HOUR. What a fun show discussing the importance of personal branding!  
Norma joined John Adam the host of The John Adam Show (KXAM 1310) and his featured artist Tom Perry.  John’s weekly radio show bridges the gap between personal development and business results to transform entrepreneurs and the workplace for greater success.  This show focused on how to make a great first impression and make more money!
Norma and Robin celebrate their book arrival with a book launch party held at Ostrovsky Fine Art in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The event was a fundraiser and all book sales were donated to the Arizona Animal Welfare League.
Vickie and Jack from Mullins Creative attended the book launch party and showed support by purchasing Hot Leads…Cold Shoulders, The Essential Guide for Men Who Sell to Women.  Book sales benefited the Arizona Animal Welfare League.

After many months of hard work, Norma and Robin receive their book from the publishing company.  Finally, hard copy in hand of Hot Leads…Cold Shoulders, The Essential Guide for Men Who Sell to Women.  What a fun night celebrating!
Norma conducting “Creating Excellence in the Workplace.”  This was a public seminar covering techniques to increase credibility, confidence and influence.  The seminar was held at the University of Phoenix in Scottsdale in recognition of Administrative Professionals Week.
Robin with Letitia Baldridge at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel in Washington D.C.  Ms. Baldridge is America’s foremost etiquette expert and has written nineteen books. She also served as secretary at the U.S. embassies in Paris and Rome and was chief of staff for Jacqueline Kennedy in the White House.

Robin served on the Executive Committee of the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.  NAWBO serves as the voice and vision for women business owners of Phoenix.
Robin served as President of The Rotary Club of Pinnacle Peak and represented her club in Chicago to celebrate the international club’s 100th anniversary in 2005.   She prepared a letter about how the club has benefited Phoenix and Scottsdale since it was formed nine years ago.  The letter, which was placed in a time capsule to be opened 100 years from now began, “To the Rotarians of the World on 23 February 2105.”

Robin emceed the Women of Scottsdale luncheon at the Westin Kierland honoring Wink Blair as 2004 Woman of the Year.  Ms. Blair is a long-time resident of Scottsdale and a participant in numerous professional and civic organizations.
Robin served as an advisor to the organization, Women of Scottsdale.  Once a month women who work or live in Scottsdale come together for an elegant lunch and the opportunity to enjoy mutual interests and exchange ideas with other women.
Robin with Dorothea Johnson at the Portland Harbor Hotel in Portland, Maine.  Ms. Johnson is the Founder and Chair of the Protocol School of Washington and served as the protocol advisor to The Joint Military Attaché School in Washington D.C.  She ranks as one of the most widely quoted etiquette and protocol experts in the United States.
Robin with Dr. P. M. Forni at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington D.C.  Dr. Forni is the cofounder of the Johns Hopkins Civility Project and teacher of civility and Italian literature at Johns Hopkins University.  He is author of “Choosing Civility, The Twenty-Five Rules of Considerate Conduct.”
Robin with Peter Post at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington D.C.  Mr. Post is one of Emily Post’s four great-grandchildren and director of the Emily Post Institute.  He is author of three etiquette books, including the New York Times bestseller “Essential Manners for Men.”
